Creative Pipeline Specialist - Forward Deployed Engineering

This role focuses on designing and building AI-powered creative content pipelines for creative teams at Adobe. The specialist will bridge the gap between creative needs and engineering capabilities, creating workflows, templates, and frameworks to accelerate content production. They will also own creative QA for AI-generated outputs and enable customer adoption through training and documentation. The role requires deep creative production experience, fluency in creative tools, workflow design thinking, and active use of generative AI tools.

Skills

Required

  • Creative production experience (3-7+ years)
  • Hands-on expertise in creative tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
  • Workflow design and optimization
  • Experience with DAM systems, asset management, review/approval workflows, versioning, localization, and multi-channel delivery
  • Active use of generative AI tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, ComfyUI, or similar)
  • Comfort using AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
  • Customer-facing confidence and experience working with clients/stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
  • Experience with production automation (Workfront, Workfront Fusion, ExtendScript, expression scripting in After Effects)
  • Experience connecting creative teams with engineering teams
  • Familiarity with Adobe's creative and enterprise tooling ecosystem (Creative Cloud, Firefly, AEM, Workfront, Frame.io)
  • Portfolio or examples demonstrating creative production work at scale
