What you'd actually do

  1. Translate marketing strategies and campaign briefs into compelling creative ideas that engage local, regional, and global audiences.
  2. Lead the conceptualization, design, and production of marketing materials, including videos, digital content, print assets, OOH, social media, and in-park collateral.
  3. Manage the end-to-end creative development process — from ideation to execution, review, and execution.
  4. Partner with marketing strategists, consumer insights, and product teams to align creative messaging with business priorities and guest communications.
  5. Inspire, lead and coach a cross-disciplinary team of creative professionals (designers, art directors, producers).

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in creative, brand marketing, or advertising
  • 3+ years managing teams
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling, audience engagement, and campaign performance measures
  • Exceptional leadership, project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of all types of creative production including video, social and print
  • Able to generate a reliable supply of original ideas and visual concepts and adapt to different deliverables
  • Able to work independently with fast and accurate decision-making skills
  • Fluent in the latest art and design tools and technologies including Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Adaptable to fluid, fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Excellent command of English and/or Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in AI tools is a significant advantage
  • preferably with tourism, entertainment, hospitality, or lifestyle brand experience
  • Previous experience with Disney or a multinational brand known for high creative standards is highly desirable
