This role uses AI tools to develop marketing strategies and content, focusing on applying AI to existing marketing workflows and driving business growth. It involves setting creative strategy, building relationships, and operationalizing creative data, with a requirement for experience in applying AI tools and demonstrating ongoing AI skill development and ethical AI practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Set creative strategy and build strategic plans that prioritize the biggest opportunities for business results for both clients and Meta
  2. Build relationships and influence with client teams across sales, creative, and agency - that positions Meta for success with large scale companies
  3. Build creative solutions that inspire, influence and drive client action
  4. Operationalize creative data, metrics and insights approach that identifies the right creative challenges and blockers, tracks progress, and delivers long term sustainable progress
  5. Coordinate and align multiple internal cross-functional partnerships that navigate different goals and enable collaborative success

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of creative experience in large scale/complex creative organizations or nontraditional advertising partners in AI/Messaging/Gaming/AR, or related fields
  • Creative fluency across Meta's suite of ad products from Reels, Feed, Messaging
  • Hands on experience building persuasive presentations, mockups and videos
  • Experience applying AI tools (e.g., generative AI, large language models) to content creation or marketing workflows
  • Consultancy background
  • Data Science experience/knowledge
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
