Creative Strategist, Central and Eastern Europe (warsaw)

Meta's Creative Shop is seeking a Creative Strategist for Central and Eastern Europe to develop creative strategies for advertisers on Meta's platforms. The role involves translating insights into creative frameworks, consulting on campaign concepts, analyzing performance data, and leveraging AI tools to enhance creative solutions. The strategist will also build relationships with stakeholders and adapt global strategies to regional market dynamics.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and deliver creative strategies for advertisers across the CEE region, grounded in platform-specific insights and audience behavior on Meta's family of apps
  2. Partner with sales and client solutions teams to consult on creative briefs, campaign concepts, and cross-format storytelling approaches spanning video, static, Stories, Reels, and emerging ad formats
  3. Analyze creative performance data to identify trends, surface actionable insights, and translate findings into recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness
  4. Produce and present creative thought leadership materials, including trend reports, creative playbooks, and case studies tailored to CEE market dynamics
  5. Leverage AI-integrated workflows and Meta's creative tools to accelerate ideation, prototype concepts, and scale creative solutions for advertisers

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, creative consulting, or brand creative development within an advertising agency, media platform, or in-house creative team
  • Experience developing creative strategies for paid social or digital advertising campaigns across video, mobile, and multi-format environments
  • Experience translating performance data and audience insights into actionable creative recommendations for brand or agency partners
  • Experience communicating creative concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across varying levels of seniority
  • Experience adapting creative approaches to reflect distinct cultural contexts or regional market differences
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Experience working with or consulting for advertisers in CEE markets, with familiarity in the region's media landscape and consumer behavior

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in one or more CEE languages (Polish, Ukrainian, etc.) is a plus for engaging directly with regional clients and agency partners
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate creative ideation, content development, or strategic analysis workflows
  • Familiarity with Meta's advertising products, creative formats, and measurement tools across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
