Meta is seeking a Creative Strategist to lead advertising creative strategy for the Israel market and the global gaming vertical. In this role, you will partner with key advertisers to develop data-informed, culturally resonant creative frameworks that drive measurable performance across Meta's advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Reels. You will serve as a subject matter expert at the intersection of culture, technology and performance creative, helping gaming brands and Israel-based advertisers unlock growth through compelling, platform-native storytelling and creative innovation.
Responsibilities
Develop and drive creative strategy for gaming advertisers and Israel-market clients, translating brand objectives into platform-native creative frameworks across Meta's advertising surfaces Lead cross-functional creative strategy projects in partnership with sales, marketing science, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions for advertisers Analyze creative performance data and A/B testing results to identify patterns, generate insights, and iterate on creative hypotheses that improve advertiser outcomes Build and present creative strategy narratives to advertisers and agency partners, adapting communication style for diverse audiences including brand marketers, performance teams, and executive stakeholders Contribute to organizational creative strategy by developing scalable playbooks, vertical-specific best practices, and thought leadership content for the gaming and Israel market segments Proactively identify emerging creative trends in gaming advertising and the Israel market, translating them into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative ideation, brief development, performance analysis, and the production of scalable creative strategy assets Coach peers on creative strategy methodologies, efficient workflows, and how to apply gaming and market-specific insights to client engagements Align creative strategy priorities across multiple stakeholder groups, holding teams accountable to shared goals and surfacing tradeoffs when competing priorities arise
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or creative development within an advertising agency, advertiser, or technology platform 8+ years of experience developing and presenting creative strategy recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders across multiple levels Experience using creative performance data and testing frameworks to inform and iterate on creative strategy Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects and influencing decisions across multiple teams without direct authority Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance creative strategy workflows, including ideation, brief writing, or performance analysis Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Experience developing creative strategy for disruptors in a global environment Experience presenting creative strategy at an executive level and influencing advertiser investment decisions through data-backed storytelling Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Experience building vertical-specific creative playbooks or scalable creative frameworks adopted across an organization or client base
