Roblox is seeking a Creator Growth Operations Manager to drive monetization, growth, and advertising solutions for developers integrating these into their games. The role involves collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to enhance developer experience, improve game performance, and simplify integration workflows. Key responsibilities include guiding creators on best practices, accelerating adoption of new products, monitoring performance metrics, and advocating for developer needs. The role requires experience in games product management or operations, a deep understanding of free-to-play monetization, and experience running experiments at scale.

What you'd actually do

  1. Guiding creators on best practices for implementing monetization, growth, and ad solutions that enhance player experience and drive sustainable creator earnings.
  2. Designing programs that encourage adoption of new monetization and ad products through education, workshops, and incentives.
  3. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to identify developer needs, influence product roadmaps, and ensure seamless implementation of monetization and growth tools.
  4. Monitor key performance metrics to identify and model opportunities that improve monetization performance, optimize integrations, and elevate developer satisfaction.
  5. Representing developer perspectives to shape the future of monetization, growth, and advertising on Roblox.
