About the Team: Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including parenting, food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.
What you will do:
- Conduct analysis to identify platform trends. Analyze content performance and generate qualitative and quantitative insights. Recap and summarize insights to inform future content strategy and plans.
- Manage the end to end creator partnership establishment including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery and quality, report and analysis.
- Coach and guide creators on how to edit posts (photo/video) to improve platform content quality and create external facing graphics/visuals when needed.
- Analyze content performance and generate qualitative and quantitative insights. Recap and summarize insights to inform future content strategy and plans.
- Analyze data to draw insights around creators and users. Identify potential issues and find solutions to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive strategic initiatives to drive vertical growth.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate creators on our best practices to help them accelerate their growth and ensure creator deliverables meet business expectations.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to help shape the approach to content and influencer strategy.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and above.
- Experience working directly with creators for content strategy and campaigns
- At least 3+ years of experience and understanding of content ecosystems and algorithms.
- Brings good understanding of content and strong logic. Able to identify abstract content characteristics in structured and systematic ways.
- Possess data analysis capabilities and strong user empathy. Based on data analysis, able to assist in identifying and improving user experience to meet user demand.
- Experience working with large sets of data to generate insights and conduct root cause analyses.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Great understanding of the content (static or video) industry.
- Strong execution and data analysis skills. Familiar with content ecosystems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes
- Large technology company experience is a plus.
