John Deere is seeking a Credit Analyst II in Monterrey to make decisions on credit applications for revolving finance products, notes, and leases. The role involves reviewing and authorizing transactions, managing dealer/partner relationships, and proactively reviewing accounts to mitigate risk. Responsibilities include analyzing credit information, interpreting data, assisting with financial documentation, conducting data entry, and adhering to company policies and regulatory codes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Independently makes decisions on moderately complex, higher dollar limit credit applications for revolving finance products, notes and/or leases following the credit guidelines, policies and procedures established by the Company.
  2. Review and authorize transactions against customer's current credit limit , shift or increase limits as needed to accommodate for transactions.
  3. Be responsible for providing a high level of support and maintenance of dealer/partner relationships in a fast-paced high-volume call center environment.
  4. Develop and maintain business relationships with dealers/merchants, area sales managers and others specific to position.
  5. Proactively perform reviews on accounts that show a decline in their credit file to help mitigate risk by potentially taking adverse action

Skills

Required

  • Collate and analyze credit information associated with authorization score, credit limit availability, pay history and credit bureaus in conjunction with applying credit structuring guidance using pre-set tools, methods and formats.
  • Interpret data and identify possible answers in relation to credit requests and profile assessments.
  • Assist with solving problems, answering questions, and counseling dealers/merchants with completing financial documentation.
  • Provide a quality service to channels by answering phone calls when credit applications are not automatically approved.
  • Conduct data entry into company systems, and review and verify the information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
  • Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
