Credit Analyst III - Global Wealth & Investment Management

This role focuses on managing credit risk within a portfolio by performing scheduled covenant testing, monitoring client compliance with reporting requirements and financial covenants, and advising the credit team on covenant trends and failures. It involves setting up financial reporting and covenant requirements, recommending waivers or amendments, and resolving credit or operational risk issues. The role requires experience in credit analysis, interpreting loan documents, and managing compliance workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive effective and efficient monitoring of client portfolios, including management of internal reporting and timely, accurate covenant testing
  2. Create and maintain value-driven relationships with members of the client team and internal business partners in order to achieve objectives and resolve issues in timely manner
  3. Ensure accurate monitoring of loan document requirements and covenants through Credit Taker Setups and Verifies in GMS
  4. Complete all required financial covenant testing within 30 days of document receipt
  5. Provide early warning of deterioration in client financial profile to client team
