What you'd actually do

  1. Model the Ford OS Behaviors when completing assignments for all CBR responsibilities
  2. Complete scheduled reviews of credit bureau processes to ensure consumer tradelines are accurately reported
  3. Become central point of contact in the organization for all credit reporting and credit history dispute matters
  4. Complete scheduled reviews of responses to consumer disputes submitted to ensure the accuracy of response
  5. Prepare reports and present finding of reviews

Skills

Required

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in credit bureau reporting and disputes
  • Strong drive for results, commitment to quality, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills; oral and written
  • Proficient knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task

Nice to have

  • Collections and Customer Service Experience a plus
  • Compliance experience a plus
