This role involves managing inbound calls for the Oracle North America region, assisting customers and third parties with contract-related queries and processing credit card payments according to guidelines. The primary focus is on providing excellent customer experience and achieving first-call resolution.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage inbound calls for Oracle North America region ; you will be responsible to receive calls from customers/3rd parties and assist them in their queries related to their contracts and process credit card payments on as per our guidelines.
  2. You will manage incoming calls as part of your daily KRA & be responsible to provide best in class customer experience.
  3. You will be responsible for 1st call resolution whenever possible and connect the customer to right parties within Oracle to service their request.
