What you'd actually do

  1. People Management
  2. Oversees team to drive the process and methodology for the credit risk management lifecycle (e.g., customer mastering, credit evaluation) for customers and partners. Ensures credit risk is aligned with greater strategic needs in the company.
  3. Ensures team gathers and reviews appropriate internal and external information and/or reports to drive business insights and recommendations for peers and stakeholders to support risk-based revenue decisions.
  4. Sets best practices for developing risk profile scoring leveraged in credit decisioning, including assessment of machine learning parameters and monitoring.
  5. Oversees strategies that proactively mitigate, or reactively address, potential adverse effects of macroeconomic and/or geopolitical risks.

Skills

Required

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 10+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience managing direct reports.

  • 3+ years’ experience managing direct reports with a proven ability to coach and develop talent.
  • 5+ years’ experience in finance roles in multinationals.
  • 3+ years’ work experience in the technology industry.
  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience with demonstrated ownership of Accounts Receivable and Collections
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and executive storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex topics into clear actions
  • Demonstrated change management capability; track record of driving process improvements and automation
