What you'd actually do

  1. Analyzes client's financial performance by comparing it to past performance, projections.
  2. Reviews financial statements, assesses the client's compliance with financial covenants, and renews risk ratings, while recommending changes as warranted
  3. Assists in the underwriting and credit risk analysis for , client transactions, while adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
  4. Evaluates transaction and relationship risk-adjusted profitability to facilitate the allocation of capital

Skills

Required

  • 3+ yrs of experience in Asset Based Lending, Commercial/Corporate credit or relationship management, leveraged finance, loan syndications, or restructuring/workout
  • Strong credit, financial analysis and modeling skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • Completion of a formal bank credit training program
