This role supports senior colleagues in a data center environment, assisting with equipment and systems operations, maintenance, and team management. Responsibilities include data entry, documentation, preparing materials for maintenance, onboarding support, and managing access requests. The role also involves supporting the development of operational procedures and managing SharePoint sites. The position requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, and may involve up to 25% business travel. It is not directly related to AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supports senior colleagues as an assistant.
  2. Adds required data, documents changes and upkeep of procedures and building management systems.
  3. Participates in the creation of incident timelines/data, root-cause analyses, and/or action items following an abnormal condition as required.
  4. Provides maintenance assistance by prepping materials and performing administrative tasks as instructed.
  5. Helps to provide onboarding support for new employees, vendors, and interns under the direction of senior team members (e.g., ordering new hire equipment, setting up workstations, distribution lists, security groups).

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
  • Citizenship verification.
