What you'd actually do

  1. Own and lead high-impact strategic initiatives for the CRM organization, from opportunity sizing through execution and measurement.
  2. Lead the CRM testing pipeline, bringing structure to execution through defined cadence, agenda ownership, documentation, and prioritization alignment with Finance and MSO
  3. Establish clear test frameworks to document hypotheses, measure incrementality, and share learnings
  4. Partner with channel owners (email, push, SMS, Performance Marketing) to translate strategy into executable campaigns
  5. Lead end-to-end execution for initiatives without a clear owner, ensuring leadership alignment and on-time delivery
