Cs Operations Manager, Renewals Programs (pacific Time Zone)

Superhuman Superhuman · Consumer · United States · Remote · Managed

This role is for a CS Operations Manager focused on renewals programs within an AI productivity platform company. The responsibilities include designing and owning operational infrastructure for renewals, configuring tools like Outreach and Salesforce, and collaborating with various teams to ensure renewal success. While the company is AI-focused, this specific role is operational and does not involve building or directly working with AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and own the auto-renew program for eligible accounts: eligibility criteria by segment, workflow configuration, exception handling, and ongoing monitoring
  2. Design, configure, and iterate on renewal email cadences in Outreach: timing logic, segment-specific messaging, and performance tracking in coordination with Lifecycle Marketing
  3. Define and operationalize segment-specific renewal strategies across SMB, CMM, and ENT: escalation thresholds, CSM involvement triggers, and differentiated renewal motions by account type
  4. Own partner renewal operations: process design, accountability tracking, and exception management for channel partner renewal flows
  5. Maintain the renewal playbook, escalation paths, and exception decision framework across all segments
