Customer Inquiry Resolution You will handle customer inquiries related to Honeywell’s products, providing clear answers, troubleshooting issues, and offering timely resolutions. Whether assisting with technical questions or order concerns, your ability to ensure a positive customer experience will be integral to the role. Project Orders Booking and Billing Execution and Support You will assist in end-to-end order booking and billing in line with project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring service deliverables are met. This includes sending updates to Project Managers and Sales teams, Customers, and coordinating with internal teams to support end-to-end service execution. Contract Review and Service Administration You will support the management of service agreements, ensuring contract terms and deliverables are tracked and upheld. From monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) to administrative updates, you will ensure contracts clauses are effectively implemented and customer issues are resolved in alignment with their agreements. Process Enhancement and Differentiate Customer Support You will participate in projects to streamline processes, and support AI-driven customer experience initiatives.
