This role supports customers with project and services-related inquiries, troubleshooting, order management, and issue resolution. It involves project coordination, understanding Honeywell's offerings, and managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and business continuity. The role also participates in process enhancement and AI-driven customer experience initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. You will assist customers with project & services-related inquiries, troubleshooting, order management (order booking, billing amendments and cancellations) and resolving issues across multiple communication channels and support ongoing contracts.
  2. You will support the coordination and execution of service deliverables and project timelines.
  3. You will develop a deep understanding of Honeywell’s project and services offerings to assist customers effectively.
  4. You will handle multiple inquiries, cases, and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  5. You will handle customer inquiries related to Honeywell’s products, providing clear answers, troubleshooting issues, and offering timely resolutions.
