  1. Leads day-to-day customer management responsibilities with accountability to the 787 Program Manager
  2. Manages and improves Customer contract administration, Customer Management, and Operational Health
  3. Aggregates and analyzes data, develops develop data driven recommendations, actions, solutions, and monitors and manages through completion
  4. Partners with supply chain, supplier management, repair management, engineering, and IT to provide performance oversight on technical, cost, schedule, and quality
  5. Collaborates with key Airline customers and internal stakeholders at various levels including executives on the execution of the Component Services Program contracts
