Customer AI Strategist

This role focuses on driving customer adoption and value realization for an AI-powered SaaS platform in the legal tech space. The Customer AI Strategist works directly with clients to understand their needs, design enablement sessions, and provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap. While the company uses AI, the role itself is not directly building or researching AI models, but rather ensuring customers effectively utilize AI-driven products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own a portfolio of enterprise customers and be the person they trust to help them succeed on EvenUp
  2. Design and run enablement sessions, trainings, and onsite visits that meet customers where they are
  3. Bring customer needs to our product and engineering teams and help shape the roadmap
  4. Partner with sales, customer success, and product to drive adoption, expansion, and retention
  5. Build relationships across customer organizations, from paralegals to named partners
