Customer Architect role focused on driving adoption and success of Elastic's Search AI Platform, which includes Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search solutions. The role involves acting as a trusted technical advisor, defining technical success plans, onboarding customers, and ensuring they derive value from Elastic solutions to grow ARR. It is not an AI development or research role, but rather a customer-facing product/solutions role at an AI company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define the technical success plan for each customer, outlining the optimal use of Elastic solutions to achieve their business objectives.
  2. Ensure a successful technical customer journey, from onboarding to adoption, while continuously driving the consumption of Elastic solutions.
  3. Understand and articulate the value proposition of Elastic solutions and align them with the customer's business goals.
  4. Work closely with customers to identify and eliminate technical frictions, promoting a smoother adoption and implementation of Elastic solutions.
  5. As a hands-on technical authority, collaborate with the Service Team to deliver personalized, frictionless solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.

Skills

Required

  • Understanding of technology
  • Hands-on experience in key IT domains (Observability, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Search)
  • Strong technical background
  • Experience in cloud-based software solutions
  • Ability to define technical success plans

  • Ability to drive solution adoption
  • Ability to facilitate expansion
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English
