Customer Architect role focused on driving adoption and expansion of Elastic's Search AI Platform within the EMEA Central region. This role acts as a Trusted Technical Advisor, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful technical journeys, define success criteria, and eliminate technical friction to grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

What you'd actually do

  1. Define the technical success plan for each customer, outlining the optimal use of Elastic solutions to achieve their business objectives.
  2. Ensure a successful technical customer journey, from onboarding to adoption, while continuously driving the consumption of Elastic solutions.
  3. Understand and articulate the value proposition of Elastic solutions and align them with the customer's business goals.
  4. Work closely with customers to identify and eliminate technical frictions, promoting a smoother adoption and implementation of Elastic solutions.
  5. Foster ongoing customer relationships, ensuring that customers continue to increase their utilization of Elastic solutions, further driving ARR.

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in German
  • Experience in Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search
  • Experience with cloud-based software solutions
  • Ability to define and communicate technical success criteria
  • Ability to craft detailed Technical Success Plans
  • Ability to guide customers towards achieving desired outcomes
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

Nice to have

  • Experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies
