This role is a Customer Deal Desk Drafting Specialist at Oracle, requiring Czech and Greek/French language skills. What you'd actually do

  1. Provide 2nd level of support on the Sales end to end processes
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex queries
  3. Act as knowledge expert on the Sales end to end processes and systems
  4. Provide updates/training to other colleagues within area of expertise
  5. Act as a bridge between the sales team and various other supporting functions (Cloud Subscription Data Management, AR, Collections, Credit Team, Order Management, Approvals, Business Practices, Revenue Recognition, Incentive Compensation, etc)
