Customer Development Manager

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and grow sales performance for assigned territory and accounts, including sell-in, sell-out, and wearer recruitment.
  2. Conduct daily field visits (primarily outdoor work) to engage Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and achieve Key Call objectives.
  3. Develop and execute sales growth plans, targets, customer segmentation, and territory strategies.
  4. Build and maintain strong partnerships with optical shops, key account stakeholders.
  5. Use internal dashboards and systems to monitor performance, prepare cycle plans, and submit relevant reports with market insights.
