Customer Development Representative, Iberia

This role is for a Customer Development Representative at CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company that uses an AI-native platform. What you'd actually do

  1. Work within our SMB/Corporate segment to support the Account managers in Customer Sales.
  2. Evaluate existing customers, and schedule product demonstrations between our Sales Representatives and potential clients.
  3. Generate activity to identify, contact, and qualify existing customers on driving cross sell and up sell.
  4. Develop creative marketing campaigns through email and social media.
  5. Use Salesforce.com and other CRM tools to generate and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities

Skills

Required
