Customer Enablement Manager

This role focuses on customer enablement and adoption of Asana's platform, which is described as a human + AI collaboration tool. The manager will lead initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and scale content to maximize customer impact and drive customer success. While the company leverages AI, this specific role is not directly building or researching AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deeply understand Asana and each customer’s business to serve as a product expert and trusted advisor. Leverage this knowledge to expertly guide customers in adopting workflows that maximize value and efficiency across the Work Graph.
  2. Lead impactful, time-bound workflow consultations and account-based enablement sessions. Collaborate with CSMs to tailor engagements that align with account objectives and drive meaningful customer outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with sales, customer success, support, and product to implement strategic enablement frameworks, driving alignment and consistency.
  4. Design and deliver scalable training content through high-impact workshops, interactive sessions, and custom programs that drive adoption and engagement across diverse customer segments.
  5. Establish and innovate key metrics and KRs, optimizing programs for impact and retention while setting clear expectations with customers and ensuring accountability for deliverables.
