The Customer Engagement and Experience Product Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive patient support and engagement programs for weight management products. This role involves designing and optimizing patient-facing platforms, integrating lifestyle intervention modules, and ensuring strict adherence to pharmaceutical compliance and risk control measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the patient journey for chronic disease/weight management drugs and experience in digital health or pharmaceutical patient-facing projects.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end iteration of the patient-facing platform based on patient insights and business priorities.
  2. Design and optimize core features including dose titration reminders, injection guides, self-assessment tools, and key journey touchpoints to support long-term engagement.
  3. Deeply embedded lifestyle intervention modules (nutrition, exercise, and behavior) to boost patient stickiness.
  4. Partner with internal and external partners to ensure content quality, user experience consistency, and full alignment with the overall patient experience strategy.
  5. Strictly adhere to pharmaceutical compliance requirements and ensure all patient interactions are auditable and policy compliant.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Health, or pharmaceutical patient-facing projects
  • Deep understanding of the patient journey for GLP-1 or chronic disease/weight management drugs
  • proven success in designing products
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
  • able to work closely to drive complex digital projects
