Customer Engineer role focused on integrating Cresta's AI platform (conversational AI agents, real-time human agent augmentation, conversation intelligence) into enterprise contact centers. Responsibilities include executing integration designs, building applications using Cresta's SDKs/APIs, troubleshooting, and partnering with Customer Success and Engineering teams. Requires software engineering skills, domain expertise in CX and call center tech, and experience with AWS and Git.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute on integration design and project plan created by IMs, SAs and other stakeholders
  2. Design, build and deploy applications using Cresta SDKs, libraries and APIs
  3. These applications will be integrated with contact center chat or phone platforms.
  4. Participate in testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of Cresta products.
  5. Hands on experience in Go, Python and Javascript
