Customer Engineer for Google Cloud's AI Platform, focusing on accelerating AI adoption by providing technical expertise, developing sales assets, and resolving customer blockers in the Japanese market.

What you'd actually do

  1. Accelerate the adoption of AI. Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, develop a demo, presentations and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.
  2. Own responsibility for Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy from a technical perspective. Unlock product gap for adoption working with product engineering team.
  3. Build technical sales assets which helps frontline pre-sales engineers.
  4. Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed.
  5. Partner closely with GTM lead, field sales, and product leaders to ensure product alignment with engineering, product priorities, and GTM priorities.
