Customer Engineer focused on SAP workloads on Google Cloud Platform, responsible for technical sales, customer relationship management, and problem-solving to drive business transformation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
  2. Own the technical relationship with Google’s customers, managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of any additional technical resources, including product management, engineering, and more.
  3. Contribute to the technical evaluation process with Google’s customers for SAP technical business cycles, managing product/solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of technical resources.
  4. Recommend, demonstrate, and prototype SAP on Google Cloud Platform solutions in customer environments, using best practices for SAP on Google Cloud.
  5. Assist the SAP Go-to-Market (GTM) team with regional delivery of field-enablement for SAP on Google Cloud Platform solutions.
