What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute a customer expansion roadmap aligned with overall brand objectives.
  2. Define strategic priorities, goals, and KPIs to guide engagement across relevant specialties.
  3. Lead the development of primary‑care–focused engagement approaches based on insights from research, customer feedback, and field learnings.
  4. Collaborate with adjacent business units to identify opportunities for coordinated customer engagement and shared initiatives.
  5. Support the rollout of regional initiatives that strengthen local execution and cross-functional collaboration.
