What you'd actually do

  3. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth, manage risks, and ensure client satisfaction.
  4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within accounts, collaborating with sales and product teams to craft compelling proposals and close deals.
  5. Project Oversight: Supervise the delivery and integration of complex technological solutions, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and quality objectives.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in key account management or technical leadership in a technology-driven environment
  • Track record managing major enterprise accounts and delivering technical solutions
  • Strong technical background in technology industry managing target accounts segment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with cross-functional team leadership
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, etc.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
