Robinhood is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for its Core Services team. This role involves leading and coaching a customer-facing team to provide exceptional support for complex financial topics like stock trading and market mechanics. The manager will be responsible for performance metrics, team culture, and serving as a subject matter expert in equities and related financial topics. Active FINRA licenses are required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coach and develop a team of customer experience professionals, focusing on performance across key qualitative and quantitative metrics
  2. Cultivate a positive, inclusive team culture that aligns with Robinhood’s values
  3. Guide your team through change with effective communication and clarity
  4. Respond to complex customer issues and serve as an escalation point for inquiries related to stock trading, corporate actions, and market mechanics
  5. Support your team with expertise in equities-related topics including options, margin, and futures

Skills

Required

  • Active FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 (or 9/10) licenses
  • Prior leadership experience (e.g., Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Subject matter knowledge in financial services (equities, corporate actions, retirements)
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and organizational change
