This role is for a Customer Growth Account Executive focused on the commercial segment of Klaviyo's ecommerce platform. The primary responsibility is to own the full sales cycle for fast-growing online stores, acting as a consultative partner and product expert. A key aspect of the role involves transforming workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems, and exploring new AI tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and customer success. While the company uses AI and encourages its exploration, the core function of the role is sales and customer engagement, not direct AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the full sales cycle—from discovery and demo to negotiation and close—with ecommerce entrepreneurs and operators.
  2. Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and develop strategies for sustained success.
  3. Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.
  4. Serve as a consultative partner and product expert, positioning Klaviyo as a growth driver for online brands.
  5. Collaborate across the team to support your peers, share best practices, and build a winning sales culture.

Skills

Required

  • 1-2+ years of closing experience in SaaS
