Customer Manager for Oncology sales team responsible for promoting the company's oncology portfolio, maintaining and establishing relations with customers, achieving sales objectives, and building a positive company image.

What you'd actually do

  1. Plans and executes a comprehensive sales process focused on partnering with customers in the short and long-term to improve patient outcomes and market access.
  2. Leverages understanding to expand relationships with own customers and to assist colleagues or assist with coordination of account team activities.
  3. Effectively partners with customer accounts to apply solutions/resources in innovative ways to meet customer needs and improve patient outcomes.
  4. Has in-depth understanding of the competitive/ payer landscape, the economic/ market environments and the particular issues impacting their customers.
  5. Develops and executes both short- and long-term account plans.
