Customer Manager, Poultry Account Management Mah – Gb

This role is responsible for building and sustaining strong, long-term partnerships with key customers in the GB poultry industry. It involves developing and executing account plans to drive sustainable growth, while supporting animal welfare and responsible medicine use. The role requires close collaboration within the Poultry Species Team and cross-functional groups, leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs and the company's biopharmaceutical and technology portfolio.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and sustain long-term, strategic relationships with key poultry customers, influencers and decision-makers, positioning our company’s Animal Health as a trusted partner.
  2. Develop deep customer insight to identify needs, opportunities and risks, acting as the primary owner of overall account relationships.
  3. Represent the customer voice internally, ensuring field insight informs business decisions and long-term strategy.
  4. Develop, implement and deliver key account plans that drive sales growth in line with Integrated Livestock Business Unit strategy and agreed financial targets.
  5. Lead commercial activity within accounts, including pricing, promotional strategies, negotiation and share‑of‑wallet growth.
