  3. Create and direct content that supports customer stories, advocacy efforts, enterprise launches, and brand campaigns.
  4. Draft outlines, scripts, prompts, narrative angles, and creative briefs for short-form B2B content.
  5. Turn long-form customer films, interviews, and written stories into platform-native assets.
