Customer Marketing Manager to own the customer evidence motion, building systems to capture customer stories, running co-marketing programs, and developing assets to amplify these stories for Baseten's AI customers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the DRI for every customer co-marketing launch end to end — managing timelines, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and driving the process from first outreach to final publication
  2. Own the customer evidence library: written case studies, video stories, customer quote repository, logo library, and sales snippets ensuring all assets stay current and are tagged and accessible for sales and marketing use
  3. Identify and develop new co-marketing opportunities across the full bill of materials — blog posts, joint webinars, press releases, social content, video series, event appearances, and more
  4. Stand up a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program
  5. Build a structured customer reference program

What the JD emphasized

  • Demonstrated track record building customer advocacy programs for technical audiences or at early-stage companies
  • Comfort engaging directly with technical audiences — you understand developer workflows, tools, and priorities well enough to be credible in the room
  • Deeply organized and naturally process-oriented — you build systems, not just outputs
  • Proactive and detail-obsessed, with a low tolerance for assets that are out of date or processes that only live in someone's head
