What you'd actually do

  1. Leads Quality reviews of regulatory, program, and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in process and program developments
  2. Engage and lead stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience
  3. Leads stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions
  4. Maintains KPI dashboards and metrics files using Cognos and other data analytics tools
  5. Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and KPIs to continuously improve process capability
