Position Responsibilities:
- Leads Quality reviews of regulatory, program, and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in process and program developments
- Engage and lead stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience
- Leads stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions
- Maintains KPI dashboards and metrics files using Cognos and other data analytics tools
- Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and KPIs to continuously improve process capability
- Lead the identification and execution of improvement activities aimed at enhancing customer experience and increasing efficiency
- Leads multi-function, multi-site groups to develop company directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, customer, regulatory requirements, and working agreements are deployed
- Assists in the development of new standard processes and policies relating to customer experience and presentations
- Works under minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience working Aerospace, Fabrication and/or Manufacturing
- 5+ years of experience in analyzing and presenting data
- 5+ years of experience working with manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures
- 5+ years of experience in SQL, Cognos, PowerBi, Tableau, or other visualization tools
- 5+ years of experience in advanced excel skills (Pivot tables, Charts, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and VBA Macro
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in Quality

Summary pay range: $117,300 - $158,700
