What you'd actually do

  1. Leads and inspires employees on the Customer Support and Regional Support Specialist teams to achieve individual and team performance metrics and development goals
  2. Candidate will serve as part of the Customer Relations leadership team, which creates long term strategy and objectives for the group
  3. Leverages Boeing’s complexity to eliminate cross-functional overlap and inconsistent support
  4. Develops and sustains productive relationships with organizations providing support to Customer Relations and Sales
  5. Partners with the leadership team to ensure sufficient onsite support for customer engagements regarding these teams

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • minimum of one year of leadership experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
