What you'd actually do

  1. Provide effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns.

  3. Deliver outstanding customer service using resource documentation for reference and the automated and training tools provided.
  4. Meet department productivity and quality standards.
  5. Approaches each call with a cando mindset and treats each customer with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help.

  • Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously.
