What you'd actually do

  1. Handles inbound telephone calls from borrowers, Insurance Agents/Carriers regarding premium disbursements and property insurance in order to resolve customer inquiries
  2. Delivers timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction
  3. Disbursements of Property Insurance Premiums
  4. Updates records and note system as required
  5. Meets and maintains availability standards, schedule adherence and attendance guidelines
