What you'd actually do

  1. Provide excellent service and accurate information to Dealers through internal communication tools.
  2. Answering customer service inquiries. Providing health analysis or troubleshooting and redirecting them when appropriate.
  3. Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
  4. Addressing minor coverage issues and resolving minor complaints. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.
  5. Processing results from analysis of technical data.
