Customer Solutions Architect for Supabase, a Postgres development platform. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, designing technical solutions on the Supabase platform, leading proof-of-value implementations, and providing ongoing customer support to drive adoption and optimize performance. Focus on pre-sales discovery, onboarding, and customer success for Team & Enterprise clients.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead technical discovery to uncover business and technical objectives, set appropriate expectations of the Supabase platform, and define the criteria for success, ensuring customers can receive the guidance they need to achieve it.
  2. Design, build, and present Supabase platform demonstrations to high-value customers.
  3. Collaborate directly with customers to determine the technical scope of a proof-of-value to ensure customers recognize the value of the Supabase platform while minimizing risk to adoption.
  4. Deliver on synchronous and asynchronous engagements with Supabase customers, including application architecture assessments, database design and performance optimization, and proactive support to enable customers to scale with confidence.
  5. Serve as an internal champion for your customers and for the platform.
