Polymarket is a prediction market platform that aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities. They are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to provide white-glove support to their most active users, working across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Compliance. The role involves understanding client needs, providing solutions, shaping feedback into product decisions, and managing client relationships from onboarding to retention.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own a named portfolio of clients — manage the relationship from onboarding through ongoing success
  2. Vibe code every day — pull data from the platform, write SQL against our warehouse, read the relevant code paths, ship fixes when they unblock a client, and make sure our support organization gets 1% better every single day
  3. Translate real client pain into product insight — surface product gaps, track adoption signals, and influence the roadmap through both data and intuition
  4. Act as the voice of the client, internally and externally — build trust with our technical teams and business leaders, and push for the fixes that matter
  5. Turn great support into growth — drive referrals and ensure a magical experience for our most sophisticated traders

Skills

Required

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL)
  • Comfortable debugging API requests and dev environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in online and community settings
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of experience in developer, customer engineering, or technical support roles
