This role is for a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in LATAM, Brazil. The CSM will focus on driving customer value realization and successful execution of AWS services, including Generative AI, Data & Analytics. The role involves technical leadership, strategic business focus, guiding complex implementations, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders to accelerate cloud and AI transformation journeys.

What you'd actually do

  1. Operate in complex environments with minimal guidance, lead customer initiatives with challenging business and technical objectives, and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to influence adoption decisions and drive alignment across teams.
  2. Translate technical and business requirements into comprehensive adoption roadmaps, drive customer value realization (efficiency gains, cost savings, growth), and build business cases that ensure adoption leads to measurable outcomes.
  3. Implement governance to maintain alignment, manage risks through effective escalation, and make sound technical and business decisions despite incomplete information while leveraging emerging technologies (including GenAI) to automate tasks and accelerate delivery.
  4. Guide implementations with deep technical knowledge, actively participate in customer technical discussions, provide best-practice guidance, and identify improvements to reduce adoption friction for both customer-facing and internal mechanisms.
  5. Communicate effectively with management and senior leadership, and collaborate across AWS teams (Sales, SA, TAMs, Professional Services) to deliver unified customer outcomes.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field
  • 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise scale infrastructure or development-based cloud programs/projects in a related industry experience
  • Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or equivalent
  • Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical

Nice to have

  • AWS or other cloud certification
  • Knowledge of the software development/engineering lifecycle
