What you'd actually do

  1. Build trusted relationships with enterprise accounts to maximize retention and identify commercial upsell opportunities.
  2. Project-manage technical integration and operational onboarding to ensure flawless, low-friction merchant go-lives.
  3. Use data to track performance metrics, deliver business reviews, and identify commercial quick-wins.
  4. Diagnose delivery friction points to implement immediate operational fixes and long-term scalable solutions.
  5. Act as the "Voice of the Customer," translating merchant feedback into actionable insights for internal product, engineering, and finance teams.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Operations, or B2B Sales
  • Proven track record managing enterprise accounts
  • Comfort navigating technical workflows (APIs, e-commerce checkouts)
  • Strong data mindset; comfortable deriving insights and building reports using Google Sheets or Excel
  • Proactive, empathetic, and highly adaptable problem-solver
  • Full professional proficiency in German
  • Full professional proficiency in English

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Background knowledge in the logistics/on-demand delivery space
