This role is a Customer Success Advisor for Autodesk's AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) solutions. The primary focus is on collaborating with account teams and partners to ensure customers fully realize the value of their Autodesk software, driving adoption and customer loyalty. It involves building relationships, developing onboarding and adoption strategies, identifying at-risk accounts, and collaborating cross-functionally. This is a customer-facing role focused on post-sale customer engagement and value realization, not AI development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and engagement to align product capabilities with customer objectives
  2. Establish and execute advanced onboarding and adoption strategies to increase customer value and product usage
  3. Identify and engage at-risk accounts by using strong discovery and consultative skills to remove risk and realign them to success
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Partners, Support, and Services to drive customer milestones
  5. Deliver a high-quality experience that deepens customer satisfaction and loyalty
