This role is a Customer Success Advisor for Autodesk, focusing on helping customers realize value from Autodesk solutions and driving adoption. It involves proactive customer engagement, developing adoption strategies, identifying at-risk accounts, and collaborating cross-functionally. The role is customer-facing and aims to deepen customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'd actually do

  1. Use data triggered signals to proactively engage customers align product capabilities with customer outcomes
  2. Establish adoption strategies to increase customer value and product usage
  3. Identify and engage at-risk accounts by using discovery skills and realign them toward success
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, Channel Partners, Support, and Services to support customer outcomes
  5. Deliver a high-quality experience that deepens customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business models
  • English and Vietnamese fluency
