This role is a Customer Success Advisor for Autodesk's Design & Manufacturing solutions. The primary focus is on collaborating with account teams to ensure customers fully realize the value of their Autodesk solutions through proactive outreach, onboarding, and adoption strategies. The role involves building customer relationships, identifying at-risk accounts, and driving customer milestones by working cross-functionally with sales, partners, and support. It is a customer-facing role aimed at increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and product usage within existing customer accounts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and engagement to align product capabilities with customer objectives
  2. Establish and execute advanced onboarding and adoption strategies to increase customer value and product usage
  3. Identify and engage at-risk accounts by using strong discovery and consultative skills to remove risk and realign them to success
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Partners, Support, and Services to drive customer milestones
  5. Deliver a high-quality experience that deepens customer satisfaction and loyalty

Skills

Required

  • 4–7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of working independently while driving measurable impact
  • Experience navigating complex, cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Experience with SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business models

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Autodesk customer industries (AEC, MFG, M&E)
