Customer Success Analyst

This role is a Customer Success Analyst focused on merchant success, optimizing operational health, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. The analyst will monitor and analyze merchant performance, identify gaps, propose solutions, drive product adoption, ensure customer retention, and develop reporting for senior leadership. Requires B2B operations experience and basic SQL proficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and run recurring client meetings with key stakeholders.
  2. Monitor and analyze operational health metrics for existing partners.
  3. Identify gaps in restaurant performance and propose solutions for improvement.
  4. Drive product adoption working with Client Partners and Account Managers to understand the merchants’ business objectives and tailor new product recommendations supported by data analysis to help them achieve these goals.
  5. Ensure customer retention & expansion through regularly sharing an assessment of the merchant's adoption gaps and monitor overall operational health.
